Founder Markian Sich discovered a passion for real estate while searching for the best way to grow his income. After months of research he jumped in — partnering with his family on both multifamily and single-family deals — and started ADPI to document the journey, educate fellow service members, and build a community chasing the same goal.
Soon after the site went live, other investors joined the team. Together they’ve grown ADPI into the largest community helping those who serve build wealth through real estate — 81,000+ members strong and climbing.
A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Why I built this.
I came to this country from Ukraine, and earned my place at the Naval Academy. When you arrive somewhere new, you don’t take anything for granted — you study how it actually works. I became obsessed with one question: how do people here build real, lasting wealth?
Serving was the highest honor of my life. But I didn’t want to spend my strongest years trading them for a payoff I couldn’t touch until retirement. I wanted to build something now — so I dug into real estate, partnered with my family on my first deals, and started documenting everything I learned.
That’s all ADPI was at first: an honest record of the journey, shared with people who serve. It became something bigger because the need was real — and because nobody hands you the keys. If you want to own assets and build a future, you have to go get it. We just make sure you don’t have to do it alone.

Born in Ukraine and a third-generation immigrant, Markian came to the U.S. for the Naval Academy, earning dual degrees in Computer Science and IT. He founded ADPI to bring real estate education to the military community.
